Title:Senior Accountant and Treasury Analyst

Position Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, general ledger accountability, financial reporting and financial profitability analysis. Supports all aspects of treasury activities. This includes daily cash management and the cash forecasting process.

Reports to:  General Manager of Corporate Finance

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, reporting and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
  • Responsible for the general ledger including account set up and necessary maintenance
  • Research and reconcile  all discrepancies
  • Following and maintaining internal controls
  • Financial and profitability analysis
  • Works with external and internal auditors to assure that requests for information are addressed.
  • Analyze short term and long term cash requirement
  • Responsible for daily cash funding and reporting
  • Responsible for cash forecasting process
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, and treasury systems
  • Supports Standby Letters of Credit
  • Prepare, load and transmit  consolidation schedules for month end consolidation with SRNA and Holding Companies
  • Prepare, maintain and report IFRS 16 Lease schedules

Educational requirements:

  • BS in Accounting or Finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA preferred

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 10 years of accounting experience
  • 5-10 years of treasury/cash management experience
  • Advanced computer skills Excel, SAP or equivalent system, MS Office
  • Ability to compile detailed reports
  • Proven knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Sound independent judgement
  • Ability and confidence to communicate with senior leaders
